Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
This policy explains how Spokane Mobile Fuel collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit our website, create an account, request mobile fueling, participate through a workplace or fleet, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, authentication records, preferences, and support communications.
- Vehicle information: year, make, model, color, license plate, fuel grade, tank size, fuel-door location, and instructions.
- Location and service information: saved addresses, workplaces, parking and access instructions, service-area status, order schedule and status, and workplace or fleet affiliation.
- Delivery and safety records: actual gallons, meter readings, timestamps, driver or service GPS coordinates, checklists, incident records, notes, and proof-of-service photos. We do not continuously track a customer’s device location.
- Payment and commercial information: Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers, card brand and last four digits, authorization and payment status, charges, refunds, subscriptions, promotions, credits, and receipts. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device details, essential cookies, request and authentication logs, and audit records used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; validate vehicles and locations; price, authorize, schedule, route, perform, and document deliveries; process payments, refunds, memberships, and promotions; communicate service updates; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; manage fuel inventory and safety; comply with law; resolve disputes; and improve reliability and operations.
How we disclose information
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to operate the service:
- Service providers: Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention, Vercel for application hosting and request delivery, and Resend for transactional email.
- Drivers and operations personnel: service details needed to schedule, verify, safely complete, support, and audit an order.
- Workplace and fleet accounts: limited membership, vehicle, order, billing, or reporting information when you use an employer-sponsored or company-managed service.
- Legal and safety disclosures: regulators, emergency responders, law enforcement, insurers, professional advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or property, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, or establish legal claims.
- Business changes: a successor or adviser involved in a financing, sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use customer data for targeted advertising.
Payments
Stripe processes payment credentials and transaction data under its own privacy terms. We receive limited payment references and card details such as brand, last four digits, and expiration date so we can identify a saved method and reconcile transactions.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and similar storage needed for authentication, security, sessions, and application operation. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising analytics. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Retention
We keep account information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide service. Transaction, tax, payment, safety, incident, meter, location, proof-of-service, consent, and audit records may be retained after account closure when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, insurance, or dispute purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.
Your choices and requests
You may update many account details in the app. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, close your account, or ask a privacy question by emailing dispatch@spokanemobilefuel.com. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain records that law or legitimate safety, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute needs require. Transactional service messages cannot be disabled while needed to operate an active order or account; promotional messages, if introduced, will require consent and include an opt-out.
Security and breach response
We use access controls, role-based authorization, row-level database security, encryption provided by our infrastructure providers, private proof storage, signed payment webhooks, audit logs, and other safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No system is completely secure. If a qualifying breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Account holders must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required.
