Service terms
Effective August 11, 2026
These Service Terms form an agreement between you and Spokane Mobile Fuel. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service locations, access instructions, and payment information accurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
The service
We deliver gasoline to eligible vehicles at approved workplaces, fleet sites, and parking locations in our service area. Requested times are service windows, not guaranteed arrival times. Availability depends on routing, inventory, weather, site access, safety, law, and operational capacity.
Vehicle and site responsibilities
You must have authority to request fuel for the vehicle; select the correct vehicle and fuel grade; park it at the approved location for the full service window; unlock or release the fuel door when necessary; and provide safe, lawful access. Do not request service in enclosed structures, prohibited areas, near ignition sources, or anywhere dispensing would be unsafe or unlawful.
Prices, authorization, and final charge
Checkout displays the applicable per-gallon price, delivery or service fees, discounts, optional tip, and estimated authorization. We may pre-authorize your saved payment method before service. Your final charge is based on actual metered gallons delivered at the order’s applicable price, plus disclosed fees and tip, less valid discounts or credits. Your bank controls how quickly unused authorization amounts are released.
Cancellations
You may cancel without charge until the driver is en route. A $15 cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the driver is en route but before fueling begins. Once dispensing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and you will be charged for fuel delivered and applicable disclosed charges. Customer-caused inability to service after the driver is en route—including inaccessible or incorrectly identified vehicles—may be treated as a late cancellation. Full details appear in the Cancellation Policy.
Safety and refusal of service
Our driver may delay, relocate, reschedule, or refuse service when a vehicle, location, weather condition, person, animal, ignition source, spill risk, or other circumstance creates a safety, legal, or operational concern. We do not charge a cancellation fee when we cancel solely for our own operational reasons. We may suspend accounts associated with unsafe conduct, fraud, abuse, payment failures, or repeated inaccurate service information.
Fuel grade and vehicle condition
You are responsible for selecting and maintaining the correct fuel grade for each saved vehicle and reviewing it before ordering. Notify us before service if any vehicle detail changes. Do not request service for a vehicle with a damaged, leaking, modified, or inaccessible fuel system.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown during enrollment until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Membership charges are not prorated or refunded for a partially used period except where required by law. Benefits, eligibility, and included deliveries are governed by the plan shown in your account.
Communications and electronic records
You consent to receive transactional email and in-app notices about your account, orders, driver arrival, payments, receipts, safety, and memberships. Electronic acceptance, timestamps, policy versions, order records, meter readings, GPS evidence, checklists, and proof-of-service photos may be maintained as business and compliance records.
Service issues and refunds
Contact us promptly if you believe the wrong vehicle or grade was serviced, the metered gallons or charge is incorrect, property was damaged, or a receipt contains an error. Refunds or credits are evaluated from payment, meter, route, safety, and proof-of-service records and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee of a particular arrival time. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You remain responsible for losses caused by information you provide, an unsafe or defective vehicle, lack of authority to request service, or violation of these terms.
Changes and governing law
Washington law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Spokane County, Washington. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
